You’ll start in a full-fledged position and build your career across multiple technical and commercial domains:
* Work in a hands-on technical or sales-related role from day one
* Rotate across departments (sales, applications, engineering)
* Support external sales engineers and application specialists
* Gain exposure to:
* Hydraulics
* Electric drive & control systems
* Linear motion & automation technologies
* Develop into future roles such as:
* Sales Engineer
* Account Manager
* Application Engineer
* Service Engineer
* Build real project experience in industrial automation and smart machinery

🎓 Who we’re looking for
* Master’s degree in engineering or technical discipline (electromechanics, automation, etc.)
* Maximum 2 years of experience
* Strong technical curiosity + hands-on mindset
* Good commercial awareness and communication skills
* Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)
* Driving licence (B) required
* Most importantly: curiosity, initiative, and willingness to grow
