We are looking for a Financial Controller for one of our clients for a permanent contract (CDI).

Location: Turnhout
Salary: €4,000–5,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities
Process purchase and sales invoices, record bank transactions, and register monthly provisions.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and analyses under the guidance of the CFO.
Follow up on monthly and yearly closings, make adjustments where needed, and assist in preparing the annual accounts.
Share responsibility for the annual audit process and ensure smooth collaboration with external auditors.
Hold regular meetings with team leads and department heads to discuss financial results and propose optimization initiatives.
Ensure accurate financial processing and follow-up of various business projects.
Contribute to the improvement, implementation, and monitoring of financial processes, tools, and control systems.
Your Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Preferably, you have experience in a growing environment within the service industry.
You are independent, analytical, organized, and flexible.
You enjoy teamwork.
You have excellent Excel skills.
Knowledge of Navision / Business Central / BI tools is an asset.
You speak Dutch and English.
