About the role and projectsWe are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to temporarily replace a colleague on maternity leave for a period of 6 months.You will take ownership of the digital customer portal (the “Customer Zone”) and work closely within our team alongside another DPM and Digital Product Designers (UX/UI). For your product, you will have regular interactions with business stakeholders and collaborate with Product Owners responsible for delivery.In addition to day-to-day DPM responsibilities, you are expected to actively contribute to the professionalization of our digital product management capability, specifically around the use of ContentSquare and Confluence.Key projectsYou will be involved in, among others, the following projects:The Customer Zone is being fully rebuilt on a new React stack, with the scope for phase one already defined. While the Product Owner leads the implementation, you will:Follow up as DPMMaintain stakeholder alignmentEnsure close collaboration with product designersPrepare the definition and development of new featuresThe new Customer Zone will be powered by a data decoupling layer to ensure improved availability and data quality. Based on product features (already defined at a high level on the roadmap) and the desired digital experience, you will:Help refine requirementsContribute to enriching the data modelYou coordinate the Go-to-Market approach for each feature release, as well as a monthly onboarding invitation mailing to new customers.You monitor adoption metrics, report on them, and adjust where necessaryFurther implementation and setup of ContentSquare as a product and behavioral analytics tool:Leverage your expertise to guide and support colleaguesSet up dashboards aligned with key outcome objectivesPerform initial analyses on:User behaviorConversionSelf-service adoptionCSAT/CESUptimeSetup and structuring of Confluence for daily team usage and collaboration with business and delivery teams:Define structure, spaces, and templates (e.G., Definition of Ready, product features & specs, roadmaps)Establish best practices for documentation and knowledge sharingSupport DPMs and DPDs in day-to-day usageProfile and expertiseWe are looking for a driven senior DPM who is hands-on and thrives in a fast‑evolving environment.
