Your Missions & Responsibilities
6. You will be an integral part of the legal team.
7. Strong interest in matters and issues related to Litigation and Dispute resolution.
8. First point of contact for a wide range of legal questions in the field of commercial and economic law (distribution, contracts, liability, consumer protection, etc.)
9. Provide independent, practical legal advice and tailored support for specific commercial projects.
10. Oversee legal disputes and act as the direct point of contact for authorities, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
11. Work in close collaboration with various business departments, integrating legal guidance into broader commercial initiatives and strategies.
12. Actively monitor and implement new legislation, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.
The perfect Profile
13. You hold a Master’s degree in Law, an international experience or an LLM is a plus.
14. You have at least 4 years’ of experience in a Litigation practice.
15. Dutch-speaker, with an excellent command of the other national language and English. You are capable of working independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
16. You can set priorities, meet deadlines, and enjoy taking the initiative.
17. You have excellent drafting skills combined with a client-oriented and hands-on mindset.
