About the job
Our client, a leader in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to take the reins of the No. water brand in the Benelux. You will be responsible for the growth and visibility of this iconic portfolio, which represents the core of the company's business.
As a brand orchestrator, you will lead on all fronts to continue strengthening its leadership position. Your responsibilities will include:
4. Strategy and marketing campaigns: You will be instrumental in defining and implementing the annual marketing plan of a strategic brand. You will lead the launch of major new campaigns (TV, outdoor, online video, etc.) and ensure their deployment across the Benelux, managing creative and media agencies in both Belgium and the Netherlands. You will also oversee key programs such as the "Baby & Family" initiative.
5. Performance and analysis: You will have full P&L responsibility for your brands. You will continuously analyze performance using tools like Nielsen, monitor key indicators, and transform this data into strategic recommendations to drive growth and achieve financial objectives.
6. Collaboration and cross-functional projects: You will be the central point of contact for your brands. You will collaborate closely with the innovation teams for the market launch of new products, with the commercial teams to ensure in-store execution, and with the digital team to optimize your campaigns. You will also manage event activations and partnerships, such as the km of Brussels, while contributing to the company's CSR commitments.
About the ideal candidate
Do you possess a university degree and at least years of experience in Brand Management in the FMCG sector?
Are you a strategist who is also "hands-on," capable of defining a long-term plan and managing operational activations in the field?
Are you a team player, transparent and collaborative, who enjoys inspiring others and working cross-functionally with diverse teams?
Do you have solid experience in P&L management and data analysis (Nielsen) to drive your brand's performance?
Are you proficient in French, Dutch, and English, allowing you to navigate a dynamic Benelux context and review communications in different languages?
Are you strong, organized, and capable of managing the pressure and numerous projects related to leading a market-leading brand?
