ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and
skills: - A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or an IT-related
engineering field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
infrastructure support. - Proficiency in Azure (IaaS, virtual
networks, virtual servers). - Extensive knowledge of Windows
Server, Veeam, and Linux. - Solid expertise in networking (L2/L3
switching and routing protocols). - Experience with Palo Alto
firewalls and general security. - Familiarity with ITIL practices
for managing IT service processes. - Experience with scripting
languages. - Highly developed troubleshooting and analytical
skills. - Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration
