We are looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to join a dynamic and international team.
Important: Only candidates with EU citizenship are eligible for this position.
Main responsibilities
Set up and improve knowledge management processes.
Work with different teams to support knowledge sharing.
Use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or wikis.
Apply ITIL best practices to organize and structure knowledge.
Write and organize clear, useful documentation.
Required profile
At least 2 years of experience in knowledge management.
Good understanding of ITIL principles.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical thinking, proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations).
Nice to have:
Experience leading knowledge-related projects.
Experience in training or coaching others on KM best practices.
