Strategic Marketing Manager Do you want to not only design marketing strategies, but also make them truly work in the market? You ensure that marketing does not remain theoretical, but becomes a real driver of commercial growth. This role is key in bringing marketing and sales closer together. You will work closely with local teams, build strong relationships, and support them in applying marketing both strategically and practically — with a clear focus on sales enablement and solution selling. You will operate in a context where a significant portion of marketing investments are made locally. Your mission? This role is ideal for someone who: thrives in working across multiple markets can easily switch between strategy and execution is able to turn change into something concrete and actionable Your responsibilities Bridge between Group and markets Ensure central marketing initiatives align with local market needs and are effectively implemented Work closely with local sales teams and act as their main point of contact from Group Marketing Capture signals, feedback, and needs from the markets and translate them back to the central organization Actively participate in strategic and budget discussions in local markets and support the development of targeted marketing plans Build deep knowledge of your markets and develop strong relationships with local stakeholders Sales enablement & solution selling Play a key role in further developing our commercial excellence approach and translating it into concrete, actionable plans Support sales teams in their transition from product sales to solution selling Help them clearly articulate value propositions and apply them in customer conversations Translate central value propositions into practical, usable sales tools and approaches Act as a thought partner for sales and help them better leverage opportunities Implementation & activation Ensure that central tools, campaigns, and frameworks are effectively deployed in the markets Guide adoption and usage in day-to-day operations Bridge the gap between “strategy” and “reality” and adjust where needed Work hands-on with teams to drive real impact Project-based work in an international context Take an active role in international projects related to commercial transformation and sales enablement Work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities (e.g. new markets, segments, or acquisitions) and respond in a fast and pragmatic way Coordinate initiatives across multiple markets and ensure progress and alignment Navigate smoothly between stakeholders with different priorities and levels of maturity International collaboration & travel Work in an international environment and regularly visit local markets Build strong relationships with local teams through on-the-ground collaboration Travel approximately 30–50% to create impact where it matters most Stakeholder management & collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, product management, strategy, and senior leadership Present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to different stakeholders Ensure analyses lead to concrete decisions and actions, not just insights Act as a connecting link between market insights and strategic/commercial execution Your profile Who are you?
