As part of our infrastructure and civil engineering projects, we are looking for an experienced Civil Works Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure proper execution of construction works.
You will play a key role in project success by acting as the link between operational teams, subcontractors, and the end client.
ABOUT THE POSITION
* Supervise construction and civil works activities on site.
* Monitor compliance: quality, safety, schedule, and standards.
* Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
* Participate in site meetings and prepare progress reports.
* Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and optimize work methods.
* Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and contractual requirements.
ABOUT YOU
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
* 5 to 8 years of experience in supervision or site monitoring.
* Knowledge of Belgian construction standards (VCA certification is a plus).
* Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make on-site decisions.
* Dutch and English
