Job Description

Within our technical support team, you provide technical support for the company's products:


You handle client contact to resolve issues encountered with the software deployed at the client site during implementation, deployment, and production phases. You analyze problems and provide either an appropriate response or a fix. You are responsible for the client request and its handling until effective resolution.


In compliance with established processes, commercial policies, and company client satisfaction standards, your main responsibilities will include:

* Deploying software on Linux/Windows
* Configuring network equipment
* Deploying the HANSHOW system
* Developing templates for electronic label displays
* Identifying anomalies and developing solutions to effectively address client questions


Profile

* At least a bachelor's degree in IT, technology, or a related field.
* Strong IT knowledge, databases, and programming skills
* Proficiency in client relations techniques and professional tools such as telephony, TeamViewer, etc.
* Excellent command of Spanish; proficiency in other languages such as English or Chinese is an advantage
* Experience in a client technical support team or similar role. Experience in a related field would be an asset
