We’re looking for a freelance Digital Business Analyst to join a renowned European Institution.
Your responsibilities:
• Analyze business needs and how digital solutions can be used to meet them
• Identify business problems and needs and devise solutions for them, including through using data modelling techniques
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify business needs
• Develop the business and functional requirements for the project and translate them into designs and models
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of digital solutions
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
• Participate/lead the change management process
• Run workshops and training sessions, and coordinate the implementation of the solutions
Your profile
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and a proven track record of several years of experience as a technical/digital Business Analyst
• Sound knowledge of project, change and team management, with excellent communication, reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Knowledge of AI technologies and web technologies
• Previous experience in an European Institution is a plus
