Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead complex industrial projects from concept through to completion? We’re looking for a driven professional to take ownership of large-scale industrial cooling system projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end project delivery across engineering, production, and external partners
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
* Oversee technical compliance, quality, and safety standards
* Proactively manage risks and resolve project challenges
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication
* Coordinate testing, installation, commissioning, and final handover
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
* 5+ years of project management experience (industrial cooling or HVAC preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience with planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
* Technical understanding of industrial cooling systems
🌍 Additional Requirements
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Other European languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel
