As a High-Level Executive Assistant, you are used to being the right hand to senior executives, providing a broad range of executive support to ensure the efficiency of their daily activities. You feel comfortable acting as a key point of contact within the organisation, demonstrating exceptional organisational and communication skills while managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management. Manage and prioritise complex calendars, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports in English, French, and Dutch. Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams. Organise and manage high-profile events, conferences, and meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in the preparation and organisation of board meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Support senior management with ad hoc tasks, including research, project coordination, and document management. Ensure smooth office operations and liaise with other departments when necessary. Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken). Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within a legal, corporate, or professional services environment. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, clients, and colleagues. Proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a plus.
