Summary of Position
As a Product & Marketing Specialist at Curium Pharma, you play a key role in supporting product management, marketing activities, and public tender processes to ensure smooth operations and impactful campaigns. This position requires a balance between internal support (Mechelen office) and field visits (BENELUX) to strengthen collaboration with customers and the sales team. The role reports to the Sales Manager BENELUX and works closely with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams.
Essential Functions
1. Product Management & Back-Office Support
1. Maintain and update product data (descriptions, visuals, …) across systems and marketing materials.
2. Coordinate product launches and ensure timely availability of information for internal teams and customers.
3. Support administrative processes related to product documentation and compliance.
4. Assist in preparing and managing dossiers for public tenders and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
5. Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to ensure product availability and accurate communication.
2. Marketing Support & Coordination
6. Prepare and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters).
7. Assist in the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns.
8. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
3. Field Support & Customer Interaction
9. Occasionally visit within BENELUX hospitals, nuclear medicine departments, and pharmacies to support the sales team and gather market feedback.
10. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for product and marketing-related requests.
11. Identify trends and opportunities to improve product positioning and marketing strategies.
4. Reporting & Cross-functional Communication
12. Track KPIs related to product performance and marketing activities.
13. Serve as a point of contact between marketing, product, and sales teams.
14. Manage requests for product and marketing information from internal stakeholders.
Requirements
• Experience in marketing support, product management, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• Driving license B, as you regularly visit customers.
