Located within our brand-new hotel, ARNO Ristorante is a refined Tuscan-inspired restaurant where authentic flavors, warm service, and a vibrant atmosphere come together. To lead this unique concept, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager.
Your role as Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind the guest experience at ARNO Ristorante. You combine operational excellence with genuine hospitality and inspiring leadership.
You will:
1. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of service, quality, and professionalism aligned with Marriott standards.
2. Oversee daily restaurant operations, from reservations and service flow to guest satisfaction and complaint handling.
3. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
4. Take ownership of team planning, recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations
5. Monitor financial performance, cost control, and key operational KPIs
6. Ensure clear communication between restaurant, kitchen, bar, and hotel teams
7. Act as an ambassador of both ARNO Ristorante and Courtyard by Marriott, delivering a consistent brand experience
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who:
8. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality.
9. Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong asset) with excellent communication skills.
10. A natural leader with a strong sense of hospitality and attention to detail.
11. Structured, solution-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
12. Flexible availability (Monday untill Saterday between 10:00 and 23:00).
13. A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to translate this into a memorable guest experience.
