Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the highest standards are met during the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) of space instruments. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining test procedures, developing tools for space projects, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Key Tasks:
* Create and maintain test procedures

* Participate in test campaigns
* Support quality reviews and perform Root Cause Analysis
* Document and report progress to stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field
* Minimum 5 years of proven work experience specifically in AIV (Assembly, Integration, and Verification)
* Authorized to work in Belgium
* Hands-on experience with cleanroom procedures and high-precision assembly
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
* Familiarity with quality standards and documentation practices
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English
