We are looking for a skilled
Sales Manager & Key Account Manager
who is adept at driving growth and building strong relationships within a key customer portfolio.

If you are experienced in people management and excited about developing business strategies, this role might be the perfect fit for you.

* You participate in the deployment of the commercial policy and operational functioning of your key customer portfolio.
* You develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio, including pharmacy chains and groups.
* You manage negotiations with clients in line with commercial strategies and client commercial terms.
* You ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.
* You plan and forecast for your key accounts.
* You lead and manage a team of 12 people, which includes pharmaceutical representatives and beauty advisors.
* You recruit in collaboration with the HR department and set objectives while assessing and developing team members in alignment with their aspirations and business goals.

What are we looking for?

* You have extensive experience in commercial functions with a strong emphasis on people management, key account management, and business development in the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic sectors.
* You bring effective leadership and negotiation skills.
* You possess strong analytical capabilities and a strategic vision.
* You are skilled in fostering teamwork and collaboration between local and global teams.
* You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
