About the Role

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced commercial professional to join its specialty care division, supporting strategic partnerships across hospital and clinical environments.

This position focuses on developing long-term collaborations with healthcare institutions and multidisciplinary stakeholders to improve patient access, support treatment pathways, and contribute to sustainable business growth within specialty therapeutics.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts through tailored engagement plans and stakeholder collaboration.
* Communicate scientific and clinical value propositions to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using both in-person and digital channels.
* Develop cross-functional account strategies informed by patient pathway insights and local healthcare system needs.
* Identify barriers to access and implement practical solutions to improve treatment uptake and continuity of care.
* Collaborate closely with internal medical, market access, and commercial teams to deliver locally relevant initiatives.
* Gather market and customer insights to support regional planning and educational activities.
* Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant ethical, legal, and compliance standards.


Candidate Profile

Essential Experience & Skills

* Scientific, clinical, or healthcare-related degree (or equivalent experience) enabling effective engagement with specialist healthcare professionals.
* Significant commercial experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, including exposure to specialty products or strategic account management.
* Strong understanding of complex hospital environments and multi-stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning capabilities.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software.
* Willingness to travel as required.


Desirable Experience

* Background in oncology, haematology, or other specialist therapeutic areas.
* Experience leading hospital-based initiatives or multidisciplinary account programs.
* Exposure to product launches or market expansion activities.
