As a Warehouse Technical Supervisor, I ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations by leading and developing my team, driving process improvements, and delivering accurate, timely support across all warehouse activities
What you will do
* Organizing daily operations to ensure timely, accurate, and safe handling of goods
* Leading, coaching, and developing your team of warehouse clerks, supporting performance and competence building.
* Overseeing both physical and administrative warehouse tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation
* Responding promptly to operational requests from management, internal customers, and external contacts.
* Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
* Stimulating process improvements and cross‑domain flexibility.

Who you are
* You hold a technical or logistics degree (Bachelor level or equivalent experience in warehouse operations and team leadership)
* You have experience in administrative processing; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
* You are a strong leader and coach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* You are proactive, open‑minded, and results‑oriented, and can manage multiple domains in a changing environment
* You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. A stacker/forklift certificate is a plus.
