The Treasury - Business Product Manager supports the Senior Director - Global Treasury in implementing, rolling out, and maintaining the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) and cash flow forecasting.

This role reports to the Senior Director - Global Treasury and is crucial for supporting the successful deployment and adoption of treasury systems and processes across the IRC. It acts as a functional lead from the Treasury side, collaborating closely with IT, the Project Management Office (PMO), and global finance teams to ensure business requirements are met and implementations align with operational needs. The position emphasizes business process design, stakeholder coordination, change management, and user readiness, while supporting IT with technical system implementation.

Major Responsibilities:

TMS roll-out & Business Process Support:

* Support the rollout of Payment and Bank Reconciliation modules across country offices, integrated via API with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, including design, testing, training, and documentation.
* Work with third-party vendors and stakeholders to define and incorporate business requirements into system design.
* Lead the bank connectivity process with IT and banking partners in IRC Country Offices.
* Act as the primary business liaison for Treasury system initiatives, ensuring alignment between Treasury, IT, and PMO.
* Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption strategies.
* Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and ensure needs are met.
* Collaborate with Treasury and IT to define reporting needs and support dashboard and analytics development.
* Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Lead migration to ISO20022 norm with IRC IT and banking partners, coordinating business readiness and documentation.

Cash flow forecasting:

* Design and implement cash flow forecasting processes in Kyriba TMS with Treasury leadership and IT.
* Maintain cash flow forecasts and ensure integration with IRC’s ERP system (D365).
* Train and support local offices in cash flow forecasting.

Others:

1. Expand Kyriba’s FX module deployment to additional instruments, including maturity management and automation.
2. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to treasury operations enhancement.
3. Assist Treasury with operational tasks as needed.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director - Global Treasury.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field.

Work Experience: 6-8 years in treasury, including TMS design and deployment, with Kyriba experience essential.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Project management skills, managing multiple stakeholders across locations.
3. Flexible, independent work attitude in a dynamic, global team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
5. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
6. Experience with Kyriba TMS.
7. Proficient in MS Office.

9. Based in Brussels, primarily on-site with possible part-time remote work.
10. Standard office environment.
