Functieomschrijving
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team;
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence;
* Welcome visitors and ensure smooth coordination of meetings and appointments;
* Maintain and order office supplies, manage inventory and liaise with suppliers;
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation;
* Support the coordination of travel arrangements and expense reporting;
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Profiel
* First experience in an administrative or office support role;
* Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written);
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Proactive, service-oriented, and a team player;
* Comfortable in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
