Overview
At Tom&Co, we are looking for an experienced IT Director to help shape our digital and technological future. In this role, you will develop and implement the IT strategy in line with our business objectives and take the lead in digitalization, omnichannel, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. You will optimize our e-commerce and in-store technologies to enhance the customer experience, manage projects around ERP, CRM, POS, supply chain systems, and customer-facing apps, and build a strong IT team that you inspire and motivate. With a focus on innovation – from AI and automation to new digital services – and responsibility for budgets, vendors, and contracts, you will directly contribute to Tom&Co’s omnichannel future.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead initiatives in digitalization, omnichannel, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
* Optimize e-commerce and in-store technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive “drive-to-store.”
* Inspire, motivate, and further develop the IT team.
* Manage projects around ERP, CRM, POS, supply chain systems, and customer-facing apps.
* Drive innovation, including AI, automation, and new digital services for customers and employees.
* Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and contract management.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent through experience.
* At least 10 years of IT management experience, including several years in a leadership role.
* Expertise in retail or FMCG is a plus.
* Proven experience with digital transformation projects such as omnichannel, e-commerce, ERP, and CRM.
* Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
* Passion for animals and alignment with Tom&Co’s mission.
