As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Sales Manager Projects to lead and shape our team focused on the new build and big renovation market in Belgium. Your Role As the Sales Manager Projects, you will: Lead a dedicated team : Manage a team of 3 professionals comprising 2 Project Managers (responsible for medium and large-scale projects and specifications) and 1 Architect (focused on promoting daylight solutions to specifiers and house builders). Strategically grow the new build market : Develop our presence within the new build sector by fostering relationships with house builders and specifiers. Ensure the relevancy and suitability of our products for both new build and renovation projects (focused on sloped and flat roof windows). Work with specifiers and house builders : Collaborate with specifiers and house builders to integrate our products at every stage of their projects. Highlight the benefits of incorporating daylight and fresh air solutions through our innovative products. Build knowledge and training initiatives (Daylight Academy) : Collaborate with the architect in your team to create and implement our "Daylight Academy" concept, offering educational opportunities for specifiers and architectural professionals to deepen their understanding of daylight-focused design. Defend our market position : Maintain and strengthen our position in the residential project market by using tools, trade terms, and communication strategies to support growth. Proactively develop structured communication strategies and organize events targeting specifiers. Develop international connections : Actively contribute to the VELUX international community to enhance the relevancy and influence of our solutions in the new build sector. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you bring the following expertise: Experience and knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the residential building market in Belgium. Strong experience with specifier strategies and approaches. Language skills : Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must. Leadership qualities : Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. A results-driven mindset with a creative and constructive approach to problem-solving.
