What your day-to-day will look like Design, implement, and continuously improve EBANX’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including governance structures, risk taxonomy, risk appetite statements, and risk tolerance thresholds; Lead, develop, and inspire a team of risk professionals — setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, managing performance, and building a high‑performing, insight‑driven culture; Own and lead EBANX’s enterprise risk programs, ensuring they are structured, consistently executed, and continuously maturing across the organization;
