Robert Half is currently recruiting a Trilingual Talent Acquisition Manager FR/NL/EN (M/F/X) for a leading international communication company, based in Brussels.
This is a full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week).

As Talent Acquisition Manager (M/F/X), you will take ownership of the recruitment strategy and end-to-end hiring process for the Belgian business.
You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and as a key member of the People team.
In addition to recruitment, you will also contribute to broader HR projects linked to employee experience, well-being, compensation and benefits, and company culture.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a hands-on recruitment approach with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in wider HR topics.
Your responsibilities
- You manage the full recruitment cycle from intake meeting to offer stage and onboarding;
- You advise and challenge hiring managers on role definition, candidate profile, market approach, and recruitment messaging;
- You build and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the Belgian media and marketing market;
- You ensure an excellent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey;
- You support employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing;
- You monitor recruitment activity through KPIs and data insights and help optimise tools and processes, including the ATS;
- You contribute to projects linked to employee experience, inclusion, and well-being at work;
- You participate in reflections around compensation and benefits and salary framework optimization;
- You work closely with the broader People team on transversal HR initiatives supporting future growth.
Your profile
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or in a search/recruitment firm;
- You ideally bring experience from a media, agency, creative, or fast-paced international environment;
- You are trilingual, with an excellent command of French, Dutch, and English;
- You have a structured, pragmatic, and solution-driven way of working;
- You are comfortable operating in a changing and sometimes complex business environment;
- You show strong interest in HR topics beyond talent acquisition, such as culture, well-being, and compensation practices;
- You are at ease with ATS and recruitment technologies; knowledge of Greenhouse is an asset;
- You are a strong communicator who can build credibility with senior stakeholders and connect easily with candidates and colleagues alike.
