Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Marketing:
1. Develop and execute engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement
2. Write, edit, and publish blog posts, press releases, and other written content to support marketing campaigns
3. Produce high-quality video content, including product demos, tutorials, and promotional videos
4. Collaborate with design teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
5. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns
6. Support product marketing with content for product collateral including brochures, datasheets, and presentations, that effectively communicate product value propositions
Events:
7. Plan, coordinate, and execute global events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement events
8. Manage event logistics, such as vendor coordination, booth setup, and promotional materials
9. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure events align with overall business objectives.
10. Track and report on event success metrics, including attendance, lead generation, and ROI.
General Marketing Activities:
11. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive product awareness and sales
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
13. Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc marketing projects as needed
Qualifications:
14. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, master's degree is preferred
15. Experience in heatlhcare or medical devices is preferred
16. 4+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and event coordination
17. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
18. Experience with event support
19. Experience managing social media platforms, e.g. Sprout Social
20. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
21. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
22. Willingness to travel for events as needed
