* You are responsible for managing the projects independently.
* You will ensure efficient planning, coordination of activities and compliance with budgets and deadlines.
* For this, you will work closely with the owner of the company.
* You are the point of contact for employees within the company, as well as for external parties.
* You help follow up projects and check that safety is central to this.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
* A bachelor's or master's degree within construction engineering or equivalent through experience.
* Someone with a proactive attitude and the ability to lead projects independently.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Flexibility to be regularly present on project sites.
* Being in possession of a driving licence B.
* Strong knowledge of English is required, Dutch is a plus.
