Job Description
As a Supply Chain Improvement & Change Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, leading change initiatives, and driving cross-border collaboration. Your primary goal will be to ensure the reliability and availability of spare parts for our continental fleet.
You will work closely with various stakeholders such as engineering, maintenance teams, depots, and suppliers across Belgium, France, and the UK. Your tasks will include ensuring spare part availability for preventive and corrective fleet maintenance in continental depots, supporting and improving planning tools to forecast short- and long-term needs based on maintenance schedules and usage history, and documenting and enhancing internal/external supply chain processes and identifying areas for improvement.
In addition, you will lead change management initiatives, driving alignment across teams and partners through workshops and regular updates. You will use KPIs and reporting tools to track progress and ensure performance excellence.
