As an Operations Manager you work within the homologation domain, and are responsible for coordinating the daily activities of a team of specialists. You ensure tasks are well organized, priorities are clear, and deliverables are achieved on time and of high quality.
The objective is operational excellence rather than people management, acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Coordinating and planning the day-to-day activities of the homologation team.
Acting as the main point of contact between the team and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
Supporting the team with hands-on expertise when needed.
Contributing input for performance evaluations in collaboration with management.
You have 3 years of experience in an operational coordination or team lead role.
• You can manage multiple priorities and keep oversight in a dynamic environment.
• You are experienced in homologation, automotive, another regulated environment is a strong asset.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French are a plus.
You will receive an open-ended contract with Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing.
