In a context of sustained growth and the structuring of its overall IT processes, this leadership role will oversee the entire IT function, strengthen cybersecurity maturity, and enable scalable, resilient operations aligned with the company's strategic ambitions.
Job Description
Strategic approach
Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic vision and growth objectives.
Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology-enabled innovation.
Own and optimize the full IT budget and investment strategy.
Advise Executive Leadership on technology risks, opportunities, and long-term strategic decisions.
Establish strong IT governance frameworks supporting operational excellence.
Cybersecurity & Risk Governance
Lead and continuously enhance the Information Security Management System in line with ISO 27001 standards.
Ensure robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks aligned with ISO 22301.
Define and implement the cybersecurity strategy
Manage third-party and vendor risk governance.
Foster a strong security awareness culture across the organization.
IT Operations & Service Excellence
Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of core infrastructure and business-critical applications.
Oversee cloud-based collaboration environments and key business systems.
Implement and maintain service management best practices (ITIL-aligned).
Manage external technology partners and SLA performance.
Guarantee robust backup, recovery testing, and infrastructure resilience.
Business Transformation & Process optimisation
Govern the full portfolio of strategic IT initiatives.
Define project governance standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Build compelling business cases and measure return on investment.
Ensure structured stakeholder communication at executive level.
Talent Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT organization.
Define KPIs and performance management frameworks.
Anticipate future capability needs and implement workforce planning strategies.
The Successful Applicant
Proven executive-level IT leadership experience, ideally within multi-site and service-oriented environments (7 to 10 years of experience).
Strong strategic mindset combined with operational execution capability.
Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive stakeholders.
Business-oriented, pragmatic, and transformation-driven leadership style.
