Your responsibilities
* Troubleshoot electromechanical faults on production and packaging lines
* Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, slicers, pneumatic systems, and other equipment
* Diagnose issues using PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and industrial Ethernet networks
* Clean, inspect, and calibrate sensors, servomotors, photocells, valves, and bearings
* Work across both indoor and outdoor process environments, handling heavy-duty systems and precision equipment
* Collaborate closely with operators and supervisors to quickly identify and address faults
* Accurately document interventions and actively participate in shift handovers and team briefings
* Strictly follow safety, hygiene, and operational procedures, contributing to continuous improvement
Your qualifications
* Collaborate within a team of technical specialists to maintain production standards.
* Technical diploma (Bachelor) or proven experience in electromechanics, maintenance, or automation
* Hands-on knowledge of pumps, motors, bearings, drives, and pneumatic components
* Basic understanding of PLC diagnostics (Siemens and Allen Bradley) and network troubleshooting
* Experience with servo-driven systems and electropneumatic equipment
* Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (2 shifts) or night shift, including hot and humid conditions
* Good communication skills in French and English (B2/C1)
* Strong problem-solving mindset, able to work independently while maintaining close team collaboration
* Background in food, pharmaceutical, or logistics sectors is a plus
* Familiar with sensor calibration, vibration analysis, motor alignment, and structured maintenance reporting
