Pyxis Belgium is hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to create innovative and user-centered solutions. You will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, designing intuitive and high-performing products.
Your missions:
* Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
* Create personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design.
* Designing visual interfaces (mockups, prototypes) using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure design consistency.
* Participate in user testing and iterate based on feedback.
Profile sought:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design.
* Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD…).
* Solid understanding of ergonomics and web accessibility.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English.
