This role sits at the heart of the organization, working closely with the Country Director and senior leadership to define strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver on our growth and budgetary ambitions.You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating business goals into actionable plans and ensuring their successful delivery across teams. Acting as a central connector across functions, you will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, driving transformation, and accelerating performance.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:Support the definition and continuous refinement of the Belgium country strategy, translating priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable targets aligned with overall company objectivesProvide data-driven insights and analyses to guide decision-making at Country leadership level, monitoring market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform strategic choicesLead and execute high-impact, cross-functional projects across growth, operations, logistics, and customer experience, ensuring end-to-end ownership from concept to implementationDrive projects to completion on time, within scope, and with clear business impact, acting with accountability and commitment to achieve ambitious goalsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability across the organization, raising the bar to deliver operational excellenceDrive key transformation initiatives, including operational improvements, new business models, and innovative ways of working that create lasting impactLead change management efforts, ensuring strong adoption across teams and functions through clear communication and stakeholder engagementBuild strong relationships with central teams and cross-functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual support to break down silosLeverage best practices from other markets, applying learnings to accelerate Belgium's performance and drive continuous improvementCommunicate clearly and effectively to drive alignment, engagement, and accountability, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring decisions lead to actionWhat will you bring to the table?3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation management, or a similar strategic / program management roleStrong track record of leading strategy and complex, cross-functional projects and delivering measurable impact in highly competitive marketsHighly analytical and data-driven and good financial background, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendationsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across a matrix organizationHands-on and pragmatic mindset, with a strong bias for action and executionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in e-commerce, tech, marketplaces, logistics or operations-driven businesses is a plusFluency in English required; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantageAt JET, this is on the menu: Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
