This freelance mission offers an initial duration of 3 months, with potential for extension.What are your responsibilities?As Senior Project Manager Marketing, you will:Manage multiple marketing and digital projects in collaboration with the Marketing ManagerCreate engaging video content for social media and the website (customer testimonials, short formats, event aftermovies, etc.)Develop various marketing materials (presentations, flyers, brochures, etc.)Contribute to the implementation and management of marketing automation processes (notably via Salesforce)Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on improvement action plansUpdate and optimize website content (events, products, blog articles, news) in coordination with the teamSupport and manage email marketing activities, including database handling and tool integrationMeasure performance of campaigns and initiatives, and report on key KPIsAssist in the organization of events and webinarsWho are we looking for?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in marketing and project management (content, video, social media, events, surveys), ideally within an agency environmentStrong interest in ICT and new technologiesAutonomous, proactive, and capable of making strategic recommendationsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skillsTeam player with a positive, dynamic, and hands-on mindsetFluent in French and English (excellent written skills required); Dutch is a plusValid driver's license and willingness to travel
