Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve daily objectives with high quality and productivity.
2. Receive daily priorities from the Project Coordinator and allocate tasks based on team skills.
3. Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication of goals, procedures, and updates.
4. Ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
5. Sign off work performed or supervised according to company privileges.
6. Monitor productivity, ensure accurate job sign‑offs, and maintain discipline, tidiness, and teamwork.
7. Report workload deviations, operational issues, and disciplinary concerns to the Project Coordinator.
8. Ensure accurate timekeeping in Protime and AMOS; correct errors and prevent recurrence.
9. Optimize the use of materials, consumables, and rotables.
10. Support the team technically and work hands‑on when needed.
11. Prepare repair estimates, analyze findings, and create part requests.
12. Coach, train, and develop team members, encouraging versatility and accreditation growth.
13. Evaluate improvement ideas and escalate valuable proposals.
14. Recognize and appreciate team contributions.
15. Act as backup for the Project Coordinator and other Team Leaders when required.
Your Profile :
16. Engineering degree in aviation maintenance or equivalent through experience.
17. Minimum 4 years experience in aircraft maintenance or equivalent through experience
18. Solution oriented, stress resistant
19. Dynamic
20. Team player; able to analyse, to synthesize, to prioritise; excellent communicator
21. Customer oriented and service sensitivity
22. Language skills ( English and French and or Dutch)
23. IT skills ( Microsoft office)
24. Knowledge of AMOS is an asset
