We are currently supporting a confidential, fast-growing client in their search for a Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cloud to play a key role in their technological transformation.

Your mission: build, secure & evolve
You will act as leader, technical expert and change driver, with a strong hands-on mindset:
Infrastructure & Security:
* Oversee the reliability, evolution and security of internal and hosted IT environments
* Supervise servers, networks, Virtualization, cloud platforms, security and collaboration tools
* Ensure high availability, performance and resilience of all systems
* Drive continuous improvement and technology watch
Cloud transformation & automation:
* Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives
* Implement automation to optimize IT services and operations
* Elevate infrastructure standards in terms of compliance, security and best practices
* Structure scalable and sustainable IT processes
Leadership & coordination:
* Lead, coach and grow a small IT team
* Organize priorities, manage internal IT projects and ensure delivery
* Build and maintain technical documentation and procedures
* Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders
* Act as a central IT point of contact across the organization
The profile we're looking for
You combine technical excellence with leadership and vision
* Minimum 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure / systems / networks
* Proven experience in team leadership or IT project management
* Strong skills in Microsoft environments, Virtualization, cloud and security
* Highly structured, reliable and improvement-driven mindset
* Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on
* Fluent in English and French
