Your Mission:
As our Marketing Communication Specialist, you’ll be at the beating heart of our local marketing strategy. You’ll turn ideas into activations, campaigns into conversations, and content into real business impact. Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager and collaborating with EU leadership, you’ll help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Roll out exciting marketing campaigns – both local and pan-European
2. Craft local content that speaks to our customers: testimonials, influencer collabs, email drips, brochures, and more
3. Own brand activations from A to Z: events, ambassador programs (hello, H-TEAM!), media planning, and post-campaign analysis
4. Analyze and optimize conversion-focused media to boost results
5. Ensure our brand identity shines through across all channels
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring ideas to life — together
Who you are:
You're creative and data-driven, strategic and hands-on. You love juggling projects, know how to prioritize like a pro, and can spot marketing opportunities others miss.
You also have:
7. A degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
8. Proven marketing experience, ideally in an international environment
9. At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role
10. Fluent/native-level French – you write it, speak it, own it
11. Professional working knowledge of Dutch and English (written and spoken)
12. Strong project management skills — you thrive under pressure
13. A deep understanding of content, media, and customer journey touchpoints
14. A passion for collaboration and execution
