Senior Business Systems Analyst (Payments)
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong payments experience to support the delivery of business-critical payment systems in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit and document payments-related requirements from business stakeholders and product owners
* Define and refine user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements
* Translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for payment platforms
* Analyse end-to-end payment flows and identify improvement opportunities
* Support UAT and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
* Act as a key interface between business and technology teams
Essential Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in payments environments
* Strong understanding of payment processing (cards and/or account-to-account)
* Experience working on enterprise financial platforms
* Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile / Waterfall)
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
