We're looking for a Medior Data Engineer / Scientist to help with a project at one of our clients.
You will actively design, build, and optimize modern data platforms and real-time data solutions in close collaboration with other data engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
What you'll do:
* Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data processing workflows in a Microsoft Azure environment
* Build and manage CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps environments
* Implement DevOps best practices for automation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
* Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions
* Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics to solve real-world problems
* Develop, train, and validate models using Python, PySpark, and Azure machine learning services
* Visualize data and communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for stakeholders
* Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and domain experts to define data-driven strategies and solutions
Your Background
* At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist, or similar role
* Strong experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data workflows
* Proven experience with Python development and PySpark for large-scale data processing
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and data platforms
* Experience with real-time data processing architectures in Azure
* Strong mathematical background
* You combine strong analytical and statistical thinking with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
