Accounting & Odoo Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Remote, Belgium-based preferred)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Odoo Operations Assistant to support our financial administration and help tailor our Odoo ERP system to fit our evolving workflows.
This is a flexible, part-time remote position (10–15 hours per week), ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Belgian accounting and a hands-on approach to Odoo. There will be regular video and face-to-face meetings with Mindspring team members, including the CEO and Finance Director.
Your Role
As our Accounting & Odoo Assistant, you will:
* Maintain and monitor financial records and accounting entries in Odoo
* Handle invoices, expense tracking, and general financial reporting
* Adapt and fine-tune the Odoo platform to suit our operational and accounting needs
* Ensure compliance with Belgian accounting standards
* Support occasional administrative finance tasks as needed
Your Profile
We’d love to work with someone who has:
* Experience with Odoo
* A good understanding of Belgian accounting practices
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
* Located in Belgium (preferred) for timezone and financial regulation familiarity
