At World of Tents, our SHIELD division delivers critical shelter solutions for customers active in (civil) defence and crisis response. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager - Integrated Projects who thrives on responsibility, coordination, and creating impact in international projects. As Project Manager – Integrated Projects, you take ownership of complex institutional projects from tender preparation through procurement coordination to project delivery, ensuring timely & qualitative delivery within budget. You provide vision and direction for the project, persuading and motivating internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful completion. Your responsibilities include: Tender analysis & preparation You lead the preparation of competitive, technically compliant proposals for institutional and public tenders: Analyze complex RFP’s/Tenders in accordance with strict institutional specifications Translate technical and contractual requirements into compliant, competitive proposals for customized projects Assess project feasibility, costs, risks, and technical constraints Coordinate input from engineering, production, vendors, finance & other stakeholders Drive potentially winning costing and pricing mechanisms Prepare technical documentation, clarifications & compliant, well-structured bid files Procurement & Supplier coordination You ensure the selection of the right vendors and technical solutions to deliver high-performance shelter systems and supporting equipment that optimally meet project requirements: Define sourcing strategy for multi-product & service projects Evaluate technical supplier capabilities Negotiate technical and commercial conditions Execute purchases, monitor & control vendor performance Coordinate suppliers performance & logistics streams Overlook finalisation of procurement within the project timelines Project Execution Management Once a project is awarded, you take full ownership of its successful execution: Lead project kick-offs and implementation planning Monitor technical execution, timelines and cost control Coordinate internal teams and external partners Ensure smooth communication with clients and stakeholders Guarantee delivery according to contract specifications and quality standards Supervise after-sales contract support What we are looking for: We are looking for a structured, technically minded project manager who enjoys navigating complex institutional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or supply chain field with at least 5 years’ experience in an international operational or logistical environment 3–7 years of experience in project management, technical sales support, procurement, or tender management Experience working with institutional clients/public procurement or deployed operations is a strong plus Proven experience coordinating multiple supply chains, sourcing support & procurement activities Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, cooperating with product development, production supervision & logistics teams Skills : Strong project management and organizational skills. Commercially minded, with experience in price negotiations and understanding of commercial targets, budgets & project profitability A natural communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships. Analytical and hands-on, able to balance strategy with execution. Fluency in English plus Dutch or French. Willingness to travel internationally from time to time Why join us?
