Responsible for 4P analysis, market (Industry dynamics, GY group and competition), customer, consumer analysis for the region
Lead detailed 'root cause' analysis connecting dots (GFK, other channel views, car parc, pricing…) utilizing multiple sources of data to understand market and brand movements and highlight areas to focus on (beyond day-to-day analysis utilizing performance dashboards)

Data management
Identifying new sources of quality data to fulfill business intelligence gaps.
Checking robustness of data across time and sources.
MRI experience, ideally with business experience as well (5-7 years)
Very good business understanding.
Data driven, over average analytical skills, ability to connect dots and extract the key drivers of the industry, ability to work in highly dynamic environment.
Ability to manage a team of associates based in different geographies.
