This is not a traditional law firm role. Lawyers can choose projects aligned with their expertise, manage their own schedule, and work remotely with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements
* Advise clients on contract terms, legal risks, and negotiation strategies
* Deliver high-quality legal work with fast turnaround times

Required Experience
* Licensed Advokat in Belgium, in good standing
* 5+ years of commercial contracts experience
* Background at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
* Strong drafting and negotiation experience with commercial agreements
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Professional liability/malpractice insurance required
