* Plan daily transports in the TMS system based on product availability and customer requirements.
* Manage transport orders end-to-end: booking, confirmation, follow-up, and adjustments when needed.
* Identify and resolve logistical issues proactively, including requesting spot prices when required.
* Verify transport invoices to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
* Prepare shipment documents and coordinate timely pick-ups with carriers (e.g. express shipments).
* Collaborate closely with customer service, warehouses, production, and other internal teams to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.

🎓 Bachelor/master in logistics, economics or equivalent by experience
