Your main responsibilities include:Preparing development plans in collaboration with team leads, and reviewing individual development plans to ensure quality and consistency.Analyzing technical training needs and drafting detailed specifications to create programs adapted to department requirements.Implementing and monitoring development plans for new hires, ensuring they become operational as quickly as possible.Rolling out knowledge transfer programs to retain critical expertise within the organization.Coordinating and tracking on-the-job training activities, ensuring proper documentation in individual training files.Conducting training observations to assess quality and effectiveness.Optionally, facilitating technical training sessions to share expertise specific to the department. The profileYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (electromechanics or equivalent).You are passionate about training and people development.You are structured, analytical, and enjoy addressing complex topics in depth.You are well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.You possess strong analytical and synthesizing abilities.You are a collaborative and assertive communicator, capable of adapting to dynamic work environments.
