We aren't looking for a "social media intern" who just hits 'post.' We need a Content Creative Strategist—someone who wants to learn how to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance. You are someone who thinks about the "why" before the "what" and analyzes the "how" after it’s live. Are you the one?
* Strategic & Analytical: You have a dual-brain approach—high creative sensitivity combined with an analytical mindset.
* Storyteller at Heart: You understand brand culture and how to craft a compelling narrative.
* Platform Native: You master native video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and know what makes people stop scrolling.
* Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or Figma.
* Proactive & Agile: You thrive in fast-moving environments and learn quickly.
* Language Skills: You have a perfect command of French and are fluent in English.Bonus Points: You have a sensitivity for performance marketing and paid media (Ads).

Your mission 🔥
As part of our small, dynamic team, you’ll wear many hats and have the freedom to shape your role. Your focus will be:
* Strategy & Editorial: Participate in defining our social media strategy, tone of voice, and narrative angles across all platforms.
* Content Production: Conceive and produce high-impact visuals, videos, and copy. You’ll help with ideation and even coordinate shoots when needed.
* Social Media Management: Plan editorial calendars, engage with our community, and help bridge the gap between organic content and sponsored ads.
* Performance & Optimization: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion), analyze results, and bring a "creative strategist" lens to improve our Meta ads and overall performance.Brand Consistency: Ensure our message is cohesive across all touchpoints, from our website to CRM and paid campaigns.

Start it X and Start it @KBC is a community, originated to support and boost innovative entrepreneurship. We are very founder centric. If you want to have an impact on the life of entrepreneurs, here it is. One of the most important things an entrepreneur must do, but which is the hardest to do, is build a network. We help them to do just that. Connecting the dots, having and using a broad network of your own, are big pluses.
