Senior Vice President of Sales - EMEA

Established Search are exclusively retained in the search for a Senior Vice President of Sales to oversee and execute commercial strategies across the EMEA vision care and optical markets.

The SVP of Sales will lead direct sales across Europe, as well as managing distribution partners and building multichannel go-to-market strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, they will have complete commercial oversight for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and implement the EMEA commercial strategy, including go-to-market planning, sales execution, and channel optimization.
* Align cross-functional communications and initiatives with commercial objectives and budget parameters.
* Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to shape sales strategies and improve market positioning.
* Drive performance across multi-channel sales operations, balancing field and inside sales effectiveness.
* Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization with a focus on growth, accountability, and service excellence.
* Develop a commercially driven operations function grounded in data analytics and market intelligence.
* Maintain strong visibility into competitive dynamics and proactively adjust strategies as needed.
* Oversee distributor relationships, including program development, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with key departments including Marketing, Professional Affairs, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure cohesive business execution.

Experience/Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership across Europe with proven experience in the vision care/optical sector.
* Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams, including talent development, performance management, and sales effectiveness.
* Strong strategic acumen with the ability to convert market insights into actionable growth initiatives.
* Expertise in developing and executing pricing strategies, forecasting models, and sales incentive programs.
* Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, with a focus on process-driven sales management.
* Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
* Fluent in English and Spanish
