Your journey with us As a Senior Consultant Finance you will be part of a dynamic team passionate about helping our clients' finance organization. You will be trained and coached in order to develop your skills, finance knowledge and management capabilities.You will drive our client’s operations to the next level through: Developing and enhancing the finance organization and its operational practices. Assisting clients in regaining control over the financial impact of their business processes. Improving and expediting the closing, consolidation, and financial reporting processes. Implementing new technology solutions for data management, financial close, consolidation, planning & budgeting, and reporting, including business intelligence tools. Optimizing financial processes and systems to enhance decision-making capabilities. Providing guidance to clients on the impact and value of artificial intelligence (AI) in finance, and supporting them in implementing AI solutions to drive business impact. Advising clients on complex accounting matters and ensuring compliance with changing reporting requirements. In addition, you will be encouraged to participate and provide input in our regular business meetings and be part of the future development of our team, service and solution offerings (i.E. development of proposals, thought leadership, campus recruitment and market facing initiatives). Let’s talk about you Master degree in economics or engineering or equally by experience Strong financial knowledge and 3 to 6 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: finance process optimization, closing, consolidation & reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting and external audit. Hands-on, result-oriented and quality-driven and outstanding analytical skills Team player, but can also work independently Thanks to your good social and communication skills, you know how to adapt to different types of environments Professional proficiency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory Audit, Consulting or Project Management experience is an asset Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Qlik and PowerBI is also an asset
