**Job Summary**

As a First Line Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation of our brewery and filling department. You will be responsible for coordinating, motivating, and coaching your team to achieve predetermined KPIs and departmental objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Focus on safety within the brewery by identifying and remediating unsafe conditions and incidents.
* Organize, coordinate, and follow up on production processes, including hot block, cold block, filtration, and packaging.
* Contribute to the identification of improvement plans and ensure performance according to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Motivate your team to achieve required KPIs and regularly evaluate training programs.
**Requirements:**
* University level or equivalent through experience.
* Strong leadership competencies with an emphasis on coaching and communication.
* In-depth knowledge of the brewing and packaging process.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
