Present monthly legal updates to the team
Support 4-eye reviews of legal documentation
Help prepare meetings with lobbying associations
Assist with AI-driven optimization of processes
Help update and maintain our legal knowledge base and filing systems
Contribute to corporate secretary tasks
You will join the legal team of a company that is part of a global group with worldwide exposure. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will collaborate closely within the legal team but also with various internal teams across departments. Your profile Law student in masters, with a focus on corporate law, financial law or a related field
Analytical and able to interpret legal and regulatory texts
Organized, with strong attention to detail
A clear communicator, both in writing and in person
Proactive and eager to take ownership of tasks
Comfortable working with digital tools and optimizing workflows
Interested in financial regulation, asset management, and corporate governance
